Thank you so much for arranging our cruise. We had a fantastic time. Our First with Norwegian but definitely not our last, and certainly not our last with Vision Cruise. We are already looking forward to the P&O cruise booked for August.
Everything was perfectly organised, from Emma dealing with the booking, all the staff we spoke to, right through to getting off the plane at LGW.
Thank you again, we are looking at having a long relationship with yourselves, as we are regular cruisers. We raise a glass to you all.

My Husband and I have taken two cruises on Celebrity Cruise ships within the past 6 months. The first was to the Norwegian Fjords and we have recently returned from a cruise to New Zealand and Australia. On both occasions, Gaynor Golding managed our bookings. I had to phone Gaynor on several occasions and nothing was ever too much trouble for her, from arranging flights, hotel stays and transfers. Gaynor was always obliging, friendly, informative and very professional in her approach. During both holidays everything went according to plan.
We had only returned from Australia a few days, when we received a phone call from Gaynor, enquiring if all went well and if we had enjoyed our holiday. My husband and I were impressed with this personal touch. Due to Gaynor’s excellent customer service we would have confidence in booking with Vision Cruise again. In fact we have already recommended your company to friends and colleagues.

“We Will Be Back
We have just returned from a very enjoyable cruise on P&O Ventura from Genoa to Venice & back and thought that I should give you our views on the shore excursion company that you use namely Cruising Excursions. Firstly could I say that we had not heard of them but felt quite confident that they would be OK if Vision Cruise used them. This was proved to be correct. We booked 3 excursions through you the first being Florence on our own. We were met at the coach and taken to Florence with a guide and shown exactly where we were to meet at the end of our time to return. The second one was from Naples to Pompeii, Sorrento & the Amalfi Coast (this cannot be done with on board excursions only part of). this was a superb tour. Lastly we did the Rome Essentials Tour.
All of these excursions started out exactly as the paperwork supplied said. We were met as stated in the location as detailed,with an English speaking tour guide on each coach. The guides were great,we were given quite a bit of local information & at Pompeii we were escorted by our young guide around the fabulous site and shown so much that on your own you would not see or appreciate. Would we use Cruising Excursions again,too right we would. Excellent from start to finish and quite a saving as well,what more could you ask for.

We have just returned from our once in a lifetime holiday on an Alaskan Cruise & The Rocky Mountaineer, what a holiday! Wow! Can’t thank Vision Cruise enough for all the hard work and organisation.

Over 50 Cruises..
My Husband and I have been cruising for 26 years now, and have logged up over 50 cruises during that time. We have booked with various cruise companies and also direct, but never before with Vision Cruise. In November last year we received an email from you inviting us to do the one day cruise on the Norwegian Getaway. As two old school friends and myself celebrated a “big” birthday last year, we thought that this would be an ideal opportunity for us to have a belated celebration.
Unfortunately, when I tried to book, there were no cabins available, but I was put on a wait list. Within a few days, I was phoned and was able to book a cabin for the three of us. Everyone I spoke to in the process of the booking, were the most friendly and helpful staff that we have encountered, nothing was too much trouble.Last week one of my friends was taken ill and was hospitalised. I phoned your office enquiring whether I could change one of the passengers names, and again the staff were so helpful. When we have decided on our next cruise, we will definitely be contacting yourselves first.Thank you again for the excellent service.

“The Extra Mile”
My wife and I booked a cruise through Vision Cruise, one of a number we have booked with you, which we have to pay for in full next month. I saw a consultant on Monday last and have to have a hip replaced within the next three months this may well impact on my ability to go on the cruise in June to the Baltic on Fred Olsen’s Braemar. Because my insurance would be invalid due to being on a list for an operation I would not be covered. Had I paid the money next month and couldn’t go I would have lost out to the tune of in excess of £3,000 so it was my intention to cancel and lose my deposit.
Spoke to Jennifer yesterday and she gave us information that led us to consider transferring the deposit to another cruise. Spoke to Fred Olsen, well one of his staff, who advised us to contact you as the cruise we were interested in is the Baltic 1st September 2015 it being our 50th Wedding on the 4th September 2015. He advised us to ask you to contact Fred’s admin on our behalf to see if such an arrangement was possible.
Today I spoke to Nicola, who I have dealt with before, she worked some Vision magic and we are now booked on the 2015 cruise to the Baltic on Balmoral by way of a transfer.
We are always more than happy with the help we get from your staff but these girls, Nicola in particular, have gone the extra mile for us. When I get such good service I like to say thank you and bring it to attention.

I am writing to express our delight on our recent cruise on the Queen Elizabeth from Southampton to Liverpool.
